Apply For A Session

​Our session season runs from July-November of each year. Our online application for youth sessions will be available on our website May 1st - May 31st of each year. Please check back during the month of May. 
New Participant Application 

*** While we do not wish to turn any child away, there are a limited number of sessions available each month. Please keep in mind that youth from the previous season return each year till they age out as well. Although we cannot guarantee a session for every child who wants one, we will do our best to accommodate as many participants as possible. The need is great in CNY and we are just not big enough to see every child that  could benefit from coming to Purpose Farm. ***
