Sarge 

​We were looking for a well natured horse that anyone could ride. We answered an ad for an older horse that might work. When Howard and I and Sebastian arrived at the farm to see him we were appalled. He was sway back, emaciated, and so sad. We couldn't leave him there so we offered the lady 500.00 plus 50.00 to use her trailer to get him home. When we got him home I found his previous owner and found out that he was a retired show horse with good training. She had to sell him when she went to college and Sarge ended up in the wrong hands. Sarge is a great beginners horse. If you turn your back to him he will be sure to rub his nose on you. Sometimes he can be a grumpy old man :)
Sarge along with Lady are the oldest horses on the farm and they are always together. They really depend on each other.
